Nature Article published: “Connecting women in the hydrogen world”

20 July, 2023 | The article “Connecting women in the hydrogen world” has been published by Nature Energy. In the article, RLI Managing Director Kathrin Goldammer talks about the founding and the goals of the network Women in Green Hydrogen (WiGH). A network that aims to make women in the hydrogen industry more visible.

In the article, Kathrin reflects on her personal experiences with hydrogen and emphasizes the importance of the energy carrier for future energy systems. She also emphasizes that women are often underrepresented in the industry and reports on the founding of the WiGH network.

For this reason, WiGH wants to increase the number of female representatives in discussions and decision-making processes related to hydrogen. To this end, they organize discussion rounds and mentoring programs for women in the industry. With success. The network has already contributed to improving gender diversity in the industry and has now grown to over 4,000 members.
